Shipping policy

We take care in every order we send, from pouring to packaging.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. During busier periods, this may take slightly longer, but we’ll always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible

Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the service selected at checkout. You’ll receive confirmation and tracking details where available.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at enquiries@thirtyonecandles.com and we’ll look into it for you.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo where possible.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
