Refund policy

We accept returns of unused and unopened candles within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned in original packaging where possible

To request a return, please contact us at enquiries@thirtyonecandles.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return Postage

Unless an item arrives damaged or faulty, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at enquiries@thirtyonecandles.com, including photos where possible, and we will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used candles

  • Burned candles

  • Items not returned in resaleable condition
